The Madras Agricultural Students Union (MASU) of Tamil Nadu Agricultural University successfully conducted the Chess Tournament as part of MASU Day ’26 on 09 May 2026 at the MASU Head Office.
The event witnessed the active participation of 45 students, who showcased their strategic thinking and competitive spirit. The tournament provided a platform for participants to demonstrate their skills in planning, decision-making, and gameplay.
The event was formally initiated by President Dr. N. Senthil, who welcomed the participants and inaugurated the tournament. His presence added significance and motivation to the event.
The competition created an engaging and intellectually stimulating environment, encouraging students to challenge themselves and perform at their best.
