The Madras Agricultural Students' Union (MASU), Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore, has announced the MASU Reels Competition 2026, inviting TNAU students to create engaging and informative short reels that celebrate the history, legacy, and contributions of MASU and the Madras Agricultural Journal (MAJ).
The competition is open to all TNAU students, with each team comprising three members. Participants may submit one reel per team in vertical (9:16) format, with a duration of 60–90 seconds.
Students can choose any one of the following themes:
- History and Genesis of the Madras Agricultural Students' Union (MASU)
- Legacy of the Madras Agricultural Journal (MAJ)
- Contributions of MASU and MAJ to agricultural education, research, and society
The official reference material for the selected theme has been provided by the organizers and should be referred to before preparing the reel.
All entries must be original, professionally presented, factually accurate, and recorded only within the TNAU campus. The use of misleading, offensive, political, commercial, or AI-generated content is strictly prohibited. Reels will be evaluated based on content accuracy, creativity, storytelling, visual quality, editing, professional presentation, and overall impact.
The best entries will be honoured during the MASU Independence Day Celebration, and the winning reels will also be featured on MASU's official social media platforms.
Last Date for Submission: 13 August 2026
Participants are requested to access the reference material through the Google Drive link provided by the organizers and submit their completed reels using the official Google Form before the deadline.
